MAIL ORDERS
Please list item number and quantity. Include your
name, address and telephone number. We cannot ship
via UPS to a post office box. When using a credit
card, please include all card numbers, the
expiration date and the billing address.
SHIPPING
Prices do not include shipping. Shipping charges are
based on the chart on the bottom of this page, with
the following exceptions, sales shipped outside the
continental US, oversized glass sheets, 6 ft. lead
boxes. Shipping on these items will be based on
weight and distance. We ship UPS, Federal Express or
common carrier for full-size sheets of glass. The
shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9
a.m. to 5 p.m.
RUSH ORDERS
There is an additional $5.00 for all RUSH ORDERS.
All rush orders will be shipped by Next Day Air or
Second Day Air.
TAX
Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax. If
you have a tax exempt status please provide us with
the proper documentation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept checks, Master Card and Visa. All returned
checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
RETURNS
When your shipment arrives please check to make sure
you have received the appropriate number of boxes.
If you have received incorrect or defective
merchandise please notify us within 3 business days.
We will issue you a return authorization number at
that time. Unauthorized returns will not be credited
to your account. All returns other than defective
merchandise or incorrect merchandise shipped on our
part must be returned within 30 days and the
customer will pay the shipping and handling charges
on the returned goods. No credit will be allowed on
non-resalable merchandise due to poor packing or
handling. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on
glass, pattern books, lead, zinc, brass or copper
channel, chemicals, foil and special order items.
There will be absolutely no returns on used
merchandise.
ADDING TO AN ORDER
Only additions made prior to 12 noon on the same
days as the original order was placed can be
accepted.
DAMAGES
We are not liable for damages or loss of merchandise
once it has left our store. Should this occur,
follow these procedures.
UPS shipments. If boxes show outward damage open the
box before signing the delivery receipt. DO NOT
REFUSE DELIVERY. Call us about the damaged
merchandise. Please be prepared to provide us with
the tracking number on the box so we may file a
claim for the damaged goods. Please do not discard
the box or the damaged goods.
TRUCK Shipments. If damage is evident, please
indicate it on the carrier's delivery form. DO NOT
REFUSE DELIVERY. Call us about the damaged
merchandise, and file a claim with the carrier. Do
not return
the damaged merchandise.
BACK ORDERS and OUT OF STOCKS
We back order only if we have an expected delivery
date from our wholesaler. We will notify you with
any back orders and out of stocks.
GLASS ORDERS
We offer glass in different sizes depending on the
type of delivery. The largest size that can be
shipped UPS is 18x24. All larger sheets must be
crated and sent by common carrier.
PACKING CHARGES
Small box holds up to 12 small sheets of glass. Add
$4.00
Large box holds up to 12 large sheets of glass. Add
$6.00
Lead Came, Zinc, Brass and Copper channels have a
12-piece minimum order. UPS charges for the
oversized box so unless otherwise specified we will
cut the pieces in to 3 foot lengths to cut down on
the shipping charges. There is a $5.00 packing fee
on these items.
